A few things to know

Please review these conditions before sending your waitlist request. The signed parking agreement will contain the final terms for an offered space.

  1. 01

    Wait for confirmation

Joining the list does not reserve a space. We’ll contact you when one opens.

  2. 02

    Registered vehicles only

The vehicle must be registered and may not be oversized.

  3. 03

Parking is at your own risk

By sending the waitlist request, you acknowledge that Cobblestone Holdings LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft involving a vehicle parked in the lot.

Tell us about you and your vehicle

This worksheet collects the parker-controlled fields from the 195 Rawson Parking Agreement. MiLand confirms availability, the assigned space, rent, and final term before sending an agreement for signature.

Your information stays on this device. Nothing is stored or sent while you complete the worksheet. The last step opens a prepared email that you choose whether to send.
1 Parker details

Use the legal name and mailing address that should appear on the parking agreement.

2 Authorized vehicle

The agreement covers one registered passenger vehicle. Tell MiLand before using a different vehicle.

3 Requested timing

These are requested dates only. MiLand will confirm the final agreement term after a space becomes available.

4 Review the parking conditions

These acknowledgments support intake; they are not an electronic signature or a parking-space reservation.
